VISQUE: From Visualization to Discovery

VISQUE, Vieworks’ bio-imaging system brand, takes its name from VISualization and an open-ended QUE, symbolizing exploration — from question to quest. Now encompassing both InVivo imaging systems and digital pathology scanners, VISQUE extends its capabilities from preclinical animal research to advanced tissue and cellular diagnostics.

VISQUE InVivo Imaging System is designed for preclinical studies, enabling visualization (VISualization) and quantitative analysis (QUantitation) of anatomical structures and physiological functions. It supports research into pharmacological responses, cancer mechanisms, and stem cell behavior. First launched in 2015, VISQUE InVivo established Vieworks as a competitive player in a market previously led by overseas brands. Known for its affordability, even for individual laboratories, the system features high-sensitivity sCMOS cameras with thermoelectric cooling for low-light imaging, and software optimized for pharmacokinetics and biodistribution analysis. VISQUE InVivo has been recognized globally, including a Red Dot award for its outstanding usability and design.

VISQUE DPS (Digital Pathology System), introduced in 2024, expands VISQUE into digital pathology. It digitizes glass slides into high-quality digital images for easier analysis, storage, and collaboration. With Vieworks’ proprietary three-camera and Realtime Extended Focus (EF) technology, VISQUE DPS delivers sharp, multilayered images optimized for both histology and cytology. Its high-speed, high-volume scanning streamlines pathology workflows and supports AI-based diagnostic tools. User-friendly design and easy operation make it an ideal solution for modern labs adopting digital pathology.
